We booked a trasfer service from the airport to our hotel and were impressed with the service. After that we went to the Hanoi office and took a package tour of the north. The service we recieved was so good. We had a very good tour and I would recommend the HTS group to everyone that I know going to Vietnam they are friendly, honest, no bullshit people. we wish we had more time in the country.
We arranged our package through HTS tours and we were not disappointed at all during our trip at all. All services promised were delivered and the people we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Our guide in Hanoi was informative and often interprated our wishes to local people for us. Trekking was unreal and our cruise on Halong bay on the Legacy boat was an experience i will remember. Thanks again Lilly for organising it for us
Our guide was in the lobby waiting for us for our tour of the sights of Hanoi. Very friendly guy with a broad smile and we were very happy with the service provided. The cruise on Halong Bay was superb and the crew looked after us so well. The food was very nice and the bay itself was heavenly. There is something about waking up to the sound of waters gently lapping on a boat. A very good tour of Hanoi and Halong Bay.
Really good tour and we were very happy with our choice. Our guides were terrific, the itineraries were very good and we learned a lot about Vietnam. As first time travelers to the country we were very impressed by the professionalism shown.
