Nha Trang 1 day tour
8:30am The HTS tour will pick you up from your hotel to start the Nha Trang 1 day tour.
In the morning you will visit the Oceanographic Institute which was established in 1923, and one of the first centres for scientific research in Indochina. Visitors have the chance to visit the Marine Creature Museum, which displays over 80,000 salt and fresh water specimens. You will then move on to visit the Long Son Pagoda, the largest pagoda in Nha Trang, with an enormous white Buddha statue that can be seen for miles around. We move on to the renovated Ponagar Cham Towers, originally constructed between the 7th and 12th centuries, and are full of beautiful colours. the last destination you visit before lunch is the Chong Rocks. They consist of two clusters of large rocks on the beach, at the foot of La San Hill, and their natural disorder create a truly impressive look.
You enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and at 1pm the tour continues with a visit to one of Nha Trang’s really good experiences, the That Ba Mud Bath and Hot Springs. While here you will enjoy a therapeutic treatment including a Hot Mineral Water Shower, soaking in a bath of Mineral Mud, some sunbathing, a soaking in hot therapeutic mineral water and a massage from a high pressure mineral water spray.
At around 3:30pm you leave That Ba and visit the Dam Market for a look or a shopping experience in the largest trading centre in Nha Trang. Around 4:30pm the tour ends when you are dropped back to your hotel.
After our visit to the Oceanographic museum and the Long Son Pagoda and the Cham Towers in the morning, we went to the That Ba Mud Bath and Hot Springs. It was a relaxing and special experience for me as I had not been to anything like that before in my life. It was great and I didn’t want to leave, nor did anyone in our group.. so we stayed and saw the market the following day.
