At 8:00am The HTS Tour guide will pick you at your hotel lobby for the Hoian Cooking Class. You begin by riding a bicycle to Hoi An’s colourful central market. on arrival you will have the opportunity to interact with the locals and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. So make sure you have your camera handy. Continue cycling to the Tra Que herb village approximately 4kms away. On arrival you will have a welcome drink and rest, before a walk through the market gardens, where local famers work in the fields using traditional methods of hundreds of years ago.
At 11.00am and working with the chef you will learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. The chef will instruct you how to cook and after the lesson you will enjoy the fruits of your labour for lunch!

- Tam Huu dish.
- Banh xeo( Vietnamese pancake).
- Hoi An spring rolls.
- Grilled sea fishes.
Menu 2:
- Banh xeo.
- Papaya salad.
- Hot pot.
At 1.00pm you return to your hotel and the tour ends.
